Allergy or dietary requirements Our lunches and buffets are offered mainly in buffet style and consist of a predetermined menu. In addition, most buffets are pre-ordered and delivered ready to eat and not prepared on board. Please be aware that we have a small kitchen aboard with minimal equipment and are therefore limited in our ability. On board we have a menu list with a corresponding allergens list (*) We are not legally required to provide a replacement product in case of an allergy. Of course we would like to help you, if you specifically indicate your allergy in advance and ordered (replacement products on board by default). One of the replacement products, please contact the floor manager so that the food is delivered to you . In consultation with the floor manager, the person with an allergy is allowed first option at the buffet.

GLUTEN ALLERGY
PASTRY: Gluten free pastry (supplier may change)
LUNCH: 3 types of gluten-free bread (supplier may change)
SOUP: Consenza – Instant vegetable soup (allergen free, vegetarian)
BUFFETS: 1 type of gluten-free bread Soup: refer to SOUP Meat dishes from the buffet without sauces (see allergens list)
DESSERT: Our standard ice cream is gluten free and can be ordered on board

MILK / LACTOSE ALLERGY
PASTRY: Lactose free pastry (supplier may change)
LUNCH: 3 types of lactose-free bread (supplier may change)
SOUP: Consenza – Instant vegetable soup (allergen free, vegetarian)
BUFFETS: 1 type of lactose-free bread (supplier may change); Soup: refer to SOUP Meat dishes from the buffet without sauces (see allergens list)

VEGETARIAN
LUNCH: You can choose from the standard buffet with a variety of raw vegetables. Croquette can be replaced by a cheese soufflé if ordered in advance.
SOUP: Consenza – Instant vegetable soup (allergen free, vegetarian)
BUFFETS: You can choose from the standard buffet with a variety of raw vegetables Deep fried vegan package. Soup: refer to SOUP At rental there is one replacement fish dish per person (served at the table) or 1 fish dish on the buffet.

PASTRY: No replacement.
LUNCH: No replacement, you can use the standard lunch buffet.

DESSERT: Our standard ice cream containing 0.1g salt per 100 g and can be ordered on board.

LUNCH: No replacement, You can eat the standard dishes from the lunch buffet.
SOUP: No sugar is added to the soup

For other allergies, intolerances, and / or other diets, the following applies: The staff can only give information on the 14 allergens. They are not aware of the other ingredients in a product. The person with the allergy and / or intolerance itself is often best most informed about what he or she can eat. Outside the alternatives listed above can we have no other alternatives. This is not possible for us.
